You will have:  

• Demonstrated people leadership skills experience including performance management, coaching, mentoring and development of staff within an operational environment 
• Proven record of successfully managing change and implementing continuous improvement activities 
• Ability to engage and influence people through communication and leadership skills 
• Concise understanding of all aspects of operational, safety, security and emergency procedures as applicable in Ground Operations 
• Commercially focused with the ability to correctly assess the impact of decisions on business outcomes 
• Demonstrated commitment to OHS&E principles in the workplace 
• Broad understanding across all aspects of an airline, with specific airport related experience in operations, compliance, service, systems used and product offerings. 
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and gain support for strategic goals 
• Demonstrated high level of computer literacy (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 
• Experience in trucking industry will be highly regarded 
• Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
